Monitor is a modular software system that is cost effective as it scales from small to multi-site network configurations.  Utilizing leading-edge Microsoft design technologies, the system utilizes only one core source code upon which specific functionality is provided based upon the unique needs of our customers.  This approach ensures that our customers don’t pay for functionality they don’t require at this time, but can add features without a forklift upgrade as their needs evolve.  This also eliminates the re-training cost that competitive systems require to convert from an entry level system to a different system with additional functionality.





Expensive Interfaces Are Not Required
Expensive CTI interfaces between your ACD and the quality monitoring system are not required to utilize Quality Monitor.  This greatly reduces implementation costs.     Quality Monitor can perform without an interface, with an alternative interface, or with a CTI interface dependent upon the specific details of your ACD and operational needs.  OptiStaff can also provide custom interfaces to your existing computer systems to act as ‘triggers’ to audio and video recording.
